Created a customized "Finance for non-Finance Professionals" 2-and-½ day seminar for a Fortune 50 Company, holding conducts in many different countries and throughout the U.S. Pre-tests showed 5% understanding and Post-tests showed over 90% understanding of 20 key concepts, including Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Cash Flow choices.

Successfully project-managed for BIC, in most countries of Europe, over 50 commercial real estate transactions over the past 10 years with aggregate value of over $100m - sales, purchases, factory/warehouse leases, office leases, office fit-outs and lease exits.

Created a master municipal facilities plan for the United City of Yorkville, Illinois, which included 6 new buildings: a city hall, a performing arts center, a public library, a two-outpost police facility, a community center, and a public works facility. Work included: facilitating 3 public listening sessions with over 250 participants each, preparing a needs assessment program, conceptual design and a statement of probable construction cost for each building with cost forecasting over a 25-year period. The plan brought cohesion and economic vitality into a failing historic center along the Fox River. The redevelopment of the downtown became a public-private partnership.

Assessed key strengths and development needs and motivators, created development plans and coached Senior Executives for global companies for succession planning, key executive selection, enhanced individual performance, accelerated team development and career planning/retention of high potential talent.

Provided validation of new marketing concepts and advice on global expansion. Coached General Managers of subsidiaries on Marketing and Product Development over multi-year period.
