Career Summary: Serves as a director on corporate boards (Accenture, The Travelers Companies, Viacom and Wawa, Inc.). As a former Chief Financial Officer with a Fortune 500 company, she has a proven record of building shareholder value in organizations undergoing significant change. She developed strategic initiatives to drive growth and profits for domestic and international businesses. Over the past eight years, she published two books on decision-making and leadership strategy and created customized programs for clients.
